If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from VIVAIA for any reason, please contact VIVAIA Customer Service Center directly and we will provide a solution tailored to your situation.

Return Policy

Products you purchase can be returned or exchanged free of charge within 30 days of receipt . However, products that have been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again unless they are defective . Special price products and free gifts are not subject to this policy.

When returning or exchanging, the product must be received in its original condition with the packaging, shoe box, tag, and label undamaged. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for costs incurred during shipping .

If you send the product to a random address or the shipping address written on the delivery box instead of the exact return address provided by the VIVAIA customer service representative, a refund or exchange may not be possible.

The exact return address will be provided separately through the customer center .

If you accidentally send a different product to VIVAIA, please contact our customer support team at support@vivaia.kr immediately. However, we cannot guarantee the return of the product , and no compensation will be provided for items returned due to your mistake.

Return Procedure Guide

  • Our support team will receive your request.

  • Please put the product you wish to return in the box.

  • We will ship the product based on the return shipping address.

How to get a refund or exchange after returning a product

Once your return is received, we will begin processing your refund or exchange immediately .

Refund : The time required for a refund may vary depending on the payment method used.

Exchange : When requesting an exchange, reshipment will be prepared within 3 business days .
